Information we collect
When a parent or guardian joins the waitlist, we collect their name, email address, phone number, and limited program-planning details about their child, including first name and age.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to families, plan age-appropriate programming, communicate about membership and events, and understand local interest in B3. We do not sell personal information or use it for behavioral advertising.
Form processing
The current waitlist is processed through Google Forms, so submitted information is also handled by Google as our form service provider. A future site update will move waitlist processing into B3's Cloudflare-hosted infrastructure.
Children's information
A parent or guardian should submit all information about a child. Please do not send sensitive information, school records, medical information, or anything beyond what the form requests.
